Publix Pharmacy at Sarasota Crossings

I went to get my all-time favorite Buffalo subs and a chicken salad sub, I met Darien or Darien but if someone from the supermarket is reading this, PLEASE reward this guy. His customer service is extremely admirable and when I tough that sandwich was perfect, this dude made it even better. People like him is what makes publix my favorite grocery place. Keep up the awesome job.

Customers are treated like a real inconvenience. It takes 10 minutes to be recognized and acknowledged. Worst pharmacy in Publix network. Go elsewhere and save yourself time and aggravation.

I have been shopping here for over 26 years. They are consistently clean, and have fresh produce and dairy products. Staff is always friendly and keeps the shelves stocked. Location is convenient to my house. I could go across the street to Winn Dixie for their so called better pricing and gas deals but the quality is far better here at Publix and I don't notice that the pricing is any higher here. I rarely go anywhere else.

I called the pharmacy and asked the registered pharmacist to explain in detail the potential side effects of a certain medication and in my educated opinion she was unable to embellish from my questions. She gave me 1-2 word answers which led me to believe she either couldn’t be bothered or perhaps wasn’t as familiarized with this medication as she should be. So….that’s not very impressive for a professional, I’ll Leave it at that.

I've used many pharmacies in Sarasota and Manatee counties; Publix pharmacy staff is efficient and friendly. They consistently notify customers in advance by phone if there is a potential issue with a prescription instead of letting the customers arrive expecting to pick up the order only to learn there is a problem.
