Publix Pharmacy at Sandtown Crossing

I have Amerigroup my prenatal vitamins have always been free. She charged me for them and I said my prescription covers these she lied and said they don’t but Amerigroup DOES cover my prenatal vitamins bc the last time I filled my prescription it was free she was just being lazy and didnt want to run the insurance again bc she obviously made an error when she tried IF she even tried, she probably didn’t. These pharmacist don’t ever think they are wrong or can make a mistake. I need every penny I can keep so to have to pay when Ive been getting them free ticks me off. I didn’t argue but I should have. And on the prescription it says Paramount Rx last time it should say FED AMerigroup like all my Others prescriptions say. Ugh I’m so tired of dealing with these people and their bad attitudes

The pharmacy at publix is absolutely awful. I had a presciptuin that was called in at 3:00 pm. I left Fayteville Hospital at 5:30pm (46 mintues away from publix) after receiving a text my prescription was ready. When I arrive they told me another 30 to 40 minutes. Thank God I have a high tolerance for pain cause if not, I would have been SOL. The sad part is , the day before was the same awful experience. They told me 15 mintues which end up being hour and a half. I have been to many pharmacy before and never have I had this type of experience. This will definitely be the last time I use the pharmacy.

This is probably by far the best most helpful staff I've ever dealt with I'm a truck driver not from the area and had an injury needed a brace and a few things called and they gave me permission to park my truck in the back while I ran in the staff was the nicest and most helpful ever no complaints on my end and I highly recommend keep up the good work y'all 👍👍👍

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY VISIT. Today the system was down and of course no one has an update, care, or going to try to get it up and running before closing. So yeah, look forward to going days without your prescription

Customer Service has been horrible lately. I was given the wrong pick up date by this same lady that seems new and I ended up just paying cash to not deal with the inconvenience of coming back, then today she started talking to me slow on the phone like I was dumb, listen I work in healthcare and around Physicians and Pharmacists all day, stop making up stuff if you don’t know the answer. This location is close to the house but Publix needs to start hiring real pharmacy Techs because I know this can’t be real medical professionals talking to customers the way they do and being uninformed.
