Publix Pharmacy at Ramblewood Square

The woman pharmacist who works here, I usually see her on the weekends, is the sweetest woman ever. I am forever having issues with my Florida blue insurance and she is just always so patient and understanding. She remembers you, will remember your name, always has a smile and a compliment ready, and being a post partum mom, it’s really made my days when I’ve went to pick up medications ♥️ (the rest of the staff is incredibly nice as well)

Daphne Kraft is the kindest human on the planet. There’s no one like her anywhere. Shes been a godsend. Not enough accolades to describe her expertise and compassion.

I want to Thank Daphne Kraft in the Pharmacy from the bottom of my heart. She was so friendly and helpful and genuine when Me and my Husband came to get vaccinated. She was extremely professional and we did not feel any pain while getting vaccinated. Cannot Thank her enough

Jay is an absolute gem of a person. He helped me by finding a manufacturer's coupon for some expensive medicine when I got surprised by a higher price than usual. He spent some valuable time leading me through it and saved me $50. I owe him big time! He is always so, so friendly, quick, and helpful. Thank you again, Jay!

Anna Marie was abusive, disrespectful and nasty on the telephone and she hung up on me several times. She prevented me from getting through to my Pharmacy for the whole day. Also Jack the so-called manager is very nasty and has a very bad attitude. Still having problems. Very poor customer service. They give you whatever kind of medicine they want to give you without regard for whether you can take it or not. Now I'm stuck with at least three weeks worth of medicine that does not work for me call because they made decisions on my behalf without consulting me.
