Publix Pharmacy at Punta Gorda Crossing

I came in to ask for 22G needles because the CVS I get my medication at beside this location suggested I check there. The pharmacy staff was very unwelcoming and not friendly. I wouldn't say they were rude just awkward and not customer service oriented. Unlike CVS they didn't even offer to order the needles, or tell me other solutions. I had to ask and they recommended Walmart pharmacy. Apparently they don't carry 22G needles. The whole experience was completely uncomfortable and honestly I'm glad I don't have to go back.

My fiancé and I have been going to this publix pharmacy for years. We absolutely love Gary (I believe that's his name) he's always such a help friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers will call the dr if there are any issues. I rate him 5 all the way. However they have a new pharmacist by the name of sue ( white women with short dark hair) she's rude and doesn't do anything to help her customers not even a phone call to the dr. My fiancé was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She refused ro full his prescriptions and she wouldn't call the dr stating we needed to contact him. Im sorry but shes a pharmacist not a dr in my opinion if the dr writes a prescription for something then there's a legitimate reason as to why. well, I was at the pharmacy four days ago and asked for my prescription, was told it would be ordered and it would be available the next day after 1pm. I was also told it would be 104 dollars, they needed consent to order it, I told them yes please, you have my consent. Went to pick it up and it was not ordered. One of the not so lovely techs said I was called to get my consent to order it because it was over 100 dollars and no one answered so they did not order it. terrible God awful Will go to a new Pharmacy now.

If you are looking for customer service this is not the place. I transferred my prescriptions here because they are cheaper. You get what you pay for. Prescriptions never ready on time and they will NEVER call you doctor. Zero customer service.

Received my vaccines here as well as all my prescriptions! Friendly, efficient, attentive staff each and every visit!!
