Publix Pharmacy at Princeton Lakes

This is the worst Publix I’ve ever been to. I waited three hours in line for a sub, and they blamed it on being short-staffed. Jodie was the one making the subs, and she was kind, but her coworkers just stood by watching her struggle with a long line. Why would they put her alone at a busy Atlanta location during the holidays? People last minute shop all the time. The checkout line was even worse , fully staffed but still unbelievably slow. No one seemed to have any manners knowing the short staffing , the whole store felt chaotic.

One star is too generous. The pharmacy at this Publix is a complete disaster. Incompetent, slow, and totally disorganized. No urgency, no accountability, and clearly no concern for the people relying on them. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting your time and being frustrated.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever interacted with and no one cares. People need their medicine! On multiple occasions I have waited days for my prescriptions to be filled. They don’t even answer the phone for me to tell them to transfer it to a better pharmacy. I have lived in many places and been to many pharmacies and this is the worse one by far.

I have been a customer at this Publix Pharmacy location for a while. There has never been any confusion about a prescription, long wait times, or a lack of professionalism and kindness presented by the staff. Bryan, the pharmacist is so nice and professional. It is evident to me that good leadership is seen as a vital and integral component to making the pharmacy team function. This pharmacy gets my bite of approval 🥰🥰

The best place to get your prescriptions. Good staff a positive environment and great service I haven't got at any other pharmacy including Publix ,Kroger, and CVS. The Publix pharmacy at Princeton lakes is the best.
