Publix Pharmacy at Powder Springs

Horrible you have to wait in line twice when your prescription came from a hospital is ludicrous. I just got out of surgery and this is what I’m subjected too also very misleading because I would’ve stayed in line if I knew I would have in line from the beginning

I don't see why so many negative reviews! I am so pleased with Sarah! What a great pharmacist! I care for my disabled roommate, and she goes above and beyond to help me with any Insurance issues. As busy as they are, they always take the time to make sure everything is taken care of! Justin is a great tech- always knows what I am going to ask, before I get a chance to. I thought that after the pharmacist transfered to a new location, there may be an adjustment period. Not the case. Thank you Justin, Asia, Atem!

Joel the store manager would not help w a simple request from me active with covid so now I must enter his location highly contagious with covid. I tried to stay put of the public as to not spread the germs but Joel said I couldn't have my card used by someone not infected that would have my GA ID that matched my card that they would be using. I truly hope that none of the public gets my germs and that his employees as well.

Been using this Publix and their pharmacy for a long time. We have had a few mishaps with some things but I remember it is a busy store. I feel compelled to share my experience yesterday with others just for informative purposes. Went to pick up my prescription that requires refrigeration.The tech turned and pulled it from one of the shelves. When I addressed it with him his supervisor stepped in and told me it has a self life of 3 days. Umm ,I rejected to accept it because it felt warm to the touch. They replaced it with one that seemed to be a new one and has cold to the touch. One of my other concerns other than that I would have been given that might of gone bad,but the fact how they went to the back to get the replacement when they usually pull it from a mini fridge right at the coun

I have been using this Pharmacy for about four years. I am on pain medicine that I get filled once every month. Two or three times within those four years I’ve had the opportunity of not getting my medicine so I usually get mad and move my medicine. I would suggest if you are able to call A day or two before the script is supposed to be filled.
