Publix Pharmacy at Polo Club Shops

I don’t usually write reviews but Christine and Ozzy deserve to know how grateful I am to them. First Christine went above and beyond to handle a minor problem with my prescription, also recommending something that would definitely help me afterwards. And then Ozzy was super nice when I came back to get my pills. Thank you both for your hard work and kindness!

Publix's tag line is "Where shopping is a pleasure" and nothing could better capture the experience at the Publix Pharmacy at the Polo Club Shops. Nicole, Christine and the entire pharmacy staff are knowledgeable, efficient and kind. They truly care about customers' well being and quality service. Superb service and superb experience - I would not have my prescriptions filled anywhere else. Thank you!

PRAISE THE LORD, MY SOUL!! It is so refreshing to find ANYPLACE with GENUINE, NICE, CARING, PEOPLE that care about service. If this is important to you, look no further. I was grocery shopping at this lovely Publix (this honestly happened), and the Pharmacists and I started talking. Normally, they avoid eye contact, you may “ask” a question! Christy was the pharmacist working that night, she was engaging, and interested, but most of all gave me hope. Getting a prescription filled monthly is one of life's more challenging tasks as many people know. It can be more time consuming than a full time job. Insurance companies have made such a simple thing miserable. Add to that the shame and embarrassment of being turned away by a Pharmacist. How dare the legal citizens of the United States go to

Called this morning to see if they could fill my prescription. I have a bunch of them all with Publix near my home but this is near work and I have been working late. And I'm out on this medication. Wouldn't give me an answer and told me to come in. I get here and pharmacist looks it up and gives a long explanation why she can't fill it. Well maybe today as a one time thing but not again. Yeah... no I'm not going through drama and putting someone out to get a prescription filled for a one time thing. I was hoping to actually fill all my prescriptions here instead of going Saturdays to my local Publix. Could have saved me an unnecessary trip on my lunch hour, what an inconvenience!! Pharm tech on drop off counter was curt and rude. Won't be using this Publix pharmacy!!
