Publix Pharmacy at Plantation Square

If it were possible to give zero stars, this place would deserve it. The worst customer service; the employees are grumpy and do their job poorly. I went to pick up my son's medication, and they told me it wasn't in stock and that they had to order it, so I should come back the next day. The next day, they said the medication wasn't ready and that I had to wait an hour. I returned the following day, and the person at the counter said the medication had been returned because it hadn't been picked up for 10 days. How is this possible? Don't they realize they're dealing with medications that people need for their health?😡😡😡😡

was told by the pharmacist i couldn’t have the covid vaccine because of my anxiety. true answer is covid vaccines require a prescription now.

I wish I could give them zero stars! Plantation Square Publix pharmacy has the worst pharmacy customer service ever! They are rude and behave like you're bothering them to do their job. I called and the tech who answered the phone was so unbothered by my concerns about my RX for my headaches. My doctors' office refuses to call them because the pharmacist was rude on the phone and hung up on the nurse. Now I have to transfer all my prescriptions to Walgreens. I am a nurse and I would never behave that way with patients. Health care is not for everyone. Publix need to retrain the pharmacy staff to provide better customer service.
