Publix Pharmacy at Pine Tree Plaza

I always find the folks at the Pine Tree Plaza Pharmacy, warm and welcoming. They answer any questions I might have and always follow up on my prescription refills that are due. They are GREAT and I wouldn't even think of going to any other pharmacy.

I found the attitude of the employees here condescending. Opening the doors at 9am, then getting the drawers ready with a line of customers standing there expecting open time to be time to do business, without even acknowledging them, basic customer service. Filled my order ok, except I got no notification it was ready like I do anywhere else…. I will go back to Walgreens, they have the customer service part literally 180 better.

Doesn't do any good to call 1st and be told your prescription will be ready at 3 pm, only to go pick it up after 3 pm and not ready! Doc called it in yesterday. Doesn't beat time before last when they couldn't FIND my prescriptions! Worst customer service and pharmacy EVER!

Due to her ridiculous attitude, I did not even care enough to read her name tag. A well-written, educated call-out is more than enough. To begin with, she looks young and has a flat, white nose with a junior high attitude. "Just stand there" to wait for my medication, along with a judgmental look on your face. Wow, grow up princess. I was so shocked at that type of behavior in a professional setting. Moreover, thank you for lying about my insurance not covering my medication and I could tell with my experience in your eyes, you lied. One hundred plus dollars for an antacid, HAHAHA, really? Your hustling, spoiled attitude may have been reported to corporate or the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations. Have a nice day #MAGA2020.
