Publix Pharmacy at Partin Village

Such a bad service and not the first time. After about 3 hours my doctor sent the prescription to the pharmacy I went to pick up the medicine I was prescribed and the person there said comeback in an hour, I went back after two hours to give them time to finish it...it was not ready. On top of that, the girl there said the stuff not ready I would have to go inside to get it over the counter but, it was steroids that are prescribed and not for sale over the counter, they need to be retrain and not lie to customers

Unfortunately, this is like the one 100th time I've had a problem with this pharmacy. The latest incident is they've had my medication for about a month and a 1/2, but for some reason they kept saying the dr never called it in. Ive been trying to pick it up, they kept saying that it was never sent in. Thank God today somebody actually wanted to work. And saw that it was sent in In May, it's just sad that I had to go that long without my sleeping medication. Extremely very disappointed, their response of not giving a crap is what lead to the 1 star rating. You go some where to get help with whatever health concern you have and see zero passion towards helping. Thankfully the young lady helped me today.

I do not know what the hell is going on with Publix. But lately the Pharmacy department sucks. Every time I go to pick up my medication is always a problem. They send text that meds is ready when you go there is something else. I am done with there poor service. They got to do better.

They are a group of respectful people and you don’t wait long to be taking care of good job

If any thinks that making any1 leave a sandwich at customer service after it has been paid for with a receipt on my phone, Brooke ask me to ask the person (who is my spouse that paid for my online order) took my sandwich and said it would be cheaper to cancel the order and pay for it then??? Adam on the other hand walked and grabbed my paid for already sandwich and handed it to me. For that I will be going back. Am old fashioned and like to be treated equally. Plus I put in work in the ROADWAYS ALL THRU FL. Love u Publix.
