Publix Pharmacy at Parkland Commons

I’m in this Publix at least 3 days a week, if not all 7!, and there’s a long list of professionals that are so friendly, polite and helpful. Today, Mason was working the self checkout lanes, and I was struggling to make the technology work. No problem!! Mason proved to be my Johnny on the spot and walked me through the process. Thanks for making today another positive shopping experience, Mason!! I’ll keep coming back!!

Been using this pharmacy for years but have not been pleased with their services lately. My doctor calls in a prescription and I have to wait for more than 24hours to have it filled. Whenever I go to pick up my medication, the pharmacist says there are no prescription for me, then my doctor will call and all the sudden my medication magically appears.

Felt compelled to leave a review, as I was a CVS customer for many many years before moving to South Florida, and for ease once I moved here almost 5 years ago. I very quickly grew tired of CVS, particularly in Parkland. Their pharmacy staff as well as their pharmacists were Probably the most unfriendly and unhelpful that I’ve ever encountered in all of my years. I decided to try Publix Pharmacy Parkland Commons one because it was so close to my home and it was too convenient not to try. I have been continually amazed at how friendly and helpful their staff and pharmacists. Whether it’s calling on the phone with a question or stopping in in person with a question, it is never too much for them to answer or assist me. They make using a pharmacy so easy and I am grateful.

It is a very nice Publix. The workers are extremely nice (like every Publix). I went there for a last minute cake - a quick in and out visit- and they wrote happy birthday on there for me. Definitely recommend for grocery shopping.

Absolutely pathetic service! Very long to get prescriptions. After two days waiting to get pain killers for my injured arm they were still not bottled. I was told to come back in 30 minutes. When I came back 1.5 hours later she told me to wait 10 more minutes to give her the chance to finally do her job and put those pills in a bottle. I left without my medication and will never go back there. Clowns!
