Publix Pharmacy at Palm Crossings

Bad bad service illegal prescription denial of medicine for mental health. Seek another pharmacy if you are new. They still ending up filling my prescription anyway because it was illegal denial . Lol it really wasn’t worth it . Worst service experience in years . Shame on the chiefs working 11/12/25 from 4 to 6 pm . Thanks :)

I have never had so much trouble with a pharmacy answering their phones. I was told insurance declined my medicine. When I got home and called it was how they were submitting it to insurance. I’ve been on hold for someone to answer for over 15 minutes. This is their error and I can’t get anyone to answer to tell them what they are doing wrong and how they have to submit it. I need these meds to survive and shouldn’t have to drive 25 minutes back to Publix for them to fix it. They should answer their phones. The insurance company couldn’t even get through. Unacceptable!

I had an appointment for my Flu shot at 1:50pm today. I arrived at 1:45. The employee said I had up to an hour wait because they were swamped. Nobody was getting a shot and nobody was waiting for one. Why do we have to get appointments when they are not observed at this pharmacy? And they don't call the customer to advise delaying arrival an hour. Poor business procedures. I'm changing pharmacy. Jim L

I'm not the type of person to write a review, but I was very impressed by the excellent customer service. My usual Rx provider/distributer was bought out by Publix Pharmacy, so I had no idea how to get my refill. Taylor was very nice and went above and beyond to take down my name and prescription details. She searched through emails, made calls, and ensured I was kept in the loop. She was able to get my refill in the system, and now I'm able to pick it up in a very timely manner! Thank you again!
