Publix Pharmacy at Palm Aire

Stopped in to pick up a prescription for my wife who wasnt well. The prescription was called in about 4 hours earlier by her doctor. I was told it wasnt ready yet, but theybwould fill it right away and I could pick it up in 15 minutes. I let them know I would be back in about 30 minutes as I had another stop to make. When I got backnaboutn40 minutes later I was told it still wasnt ready that somehow it was sent back to central or something and it wasnt filled. The clerk, Ken said they would do it right away and it would only be 2 minutes. Ken proceeded to wait on four other customers before getting back to me. After one of the other customers had questioned Ken about something with her transaction, he became sarcastic and made rude comments once the woman had walked away. He made these

The head pharmacist is the best. Always very nice. She even waited for me a few minutes after closing when I was on my way to pick up my prescription but hit some traffic. She's the best!

Great service 👍 Some how I received a different medication than I what needed. I made the mistake of not checking the medication at the counter and took it home. Once realizing it was the wrong medication , the one I needed was order .Even though I could not bring the wrong medication back for a refund , Ashely , the pharmacy manager, kindly and quickly credited the difference $ to my needed medication . Wendsday jun 18 .. 1 50 pm . A lady on glasses . The young one ( there were three) . Super rude from begining to end . It’s a shame . Never happened to me at any Publix or Publix pharmacy

Not as courteous as it's used to be, no text messages confirming ready prescription for pickup, have to call to remind them for refills. There stars is very generous!
