I’ll be transferring my prescriptions and shopping elsewhere. The pharmacy staff are all rude to me every time I call or come in. I just went to pick up my Rx and almost got run over while I was in the crosswalk. When I asked the police officer why he didn’t do anything, he said he didn’t see it happen (even though he was parked a few yards away and was facing the crosswalk) but “they’re not supposed to do that.” How was that supposed to help me if the woman hit me with her car?? Completely unacceptable, especially for a grocery store where “shopping is a pleasure.” I have not once been pleased coming here. I’m done.

I had a great experience with the meat department at Publix. Thompson the butcher made sure I got the special order meat in time for a Christmas feast. Thank you so much!

I really wish I could leave zero stars. The pharmacy tech who I have had to deal with is extremely rude and ignorant. She has not only made comments about me and my children but she has been extremely unprofessional. She is a blonde woman and I wish she wore a name badge so I could comment on it publicly. I am a professional and a business owner so I write this as both a warning to the public and as a plea to the corporation. Teach your employees common courtesy, teach them customer service, and if they aren’t good with people then put them in the back. As a restaurant owner, I would NEVER tolerate this woman’s behavior with my customers. If you’ve had a similar experience, I hope you are able to take some time to say a little prayer of gratitude that you don’t have to treat people the way

My usual experience here is great, but tonight was so frustrating that I had to leave a review. I arrived at 8:54 p.m. and waited until 8:59 p.m. before I was even asked my name or even acknowledged in anyway. I informed him that I had forgotten my ID in the car and asked if I could go get it. After a two-minute wait, I returned to find the doors closed. Why waste my time if you have no intention of staying open? Why not be honest and say I should come back tomorrow? The prescription was prepaid, so all I had to do was pick it up. This was a poor customer service experience, especially considering my usual positive experiences here.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and visited five different pharmacies to fill my prescription but they were out of stock. I’ve never used Publix Pharmacy and will never make another attempt. We called before visiting the pharmacy to confirm they had the medication and they would be able to file the prescription. We were asked to verify the prescribing doctor’s name which we did. I finally arrive with some relief only to be told she, the rude pharmacist could not fill my prescription. She stated the doctor in which we verified before, was too far for her to fill. I was completely irritated and already in so much pain. The kicker is, I went across the street to Walgreens and they filled the prescription without any problems. Moral of the story, great grocery store, below average pharmacy.
