Publix Pharmacy at Oakbridge Centre

This five star review is just for Kathy at the deli department. We ordered subs about 15 minutes to close. Kathy was the nicest sandwich maker we have ever had. She made sure that all of our needs were met and exceeded all expectations. Kathy deserves to be supervising this place as the guests needs and experience is her top priority. Kathy had very good manners, and was extremely nice. I was so surprised at her attitude because we came in so close to closing. She was constantly smiling and making fun conversation with us, and making us feel like a valued guests. I hope that her superiors see this review and take notice of her impeccable service. Kathy we love you and we love your sandwiches. We will be back.

This publix is not as crowded but the customer service is absolutely above and beyond what is expected! Not that any other publix doesn't do that, they just make the experience here a little more unique! Fast and efficient plus they have a great vegan section in the produce area! Made some great vegan tacos!

Absolutely terrible experience receiving a vaccine today from this location's pharmacy. From the constant rudeness by the pharmacy staff, including the technician and pharmacy manager, to the illogical decision-making process from the unwillingness to sign off on my vaccine card and hesitation of allowing me to take a picture of the syringe myself to double check I was receiving the proper vaccine lead to an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional time. Please do not do business with Publix (in general) pharmacy, nevertheless this location due to their culture of allowing mistreating of patients and refusing to legitimately provide resolution.

One word: Awesome Not rude, they stay in contact with you, knowledgeable and customer service is on point. Thank you for understanding my illness and keeping me on track so it won’t cause a flare up as Walmart didn’t care and I was almost was in the hospital. Walmart made me feel like a drug addict and I’m 5 mess for my chronic pain and relapsing multiple sclerosis along with my seizures. Publix understood and has empathy and stated they will make sure I stay on track when I forget due to going through a relax. So thank you again! Many blessings….
