Publix Pharmacy at Oak Valley Shopping Center

Overall good customer service, and really miss Steven!! He was very professional and went out of his way to help you. Nancy is very good as well. HOWEVER, I had the opportunity to get my Covid updated vaccine, at the Lake Ella Pharmacy, and they were SUPER nice to deal with, too, and fast! Plus, they have a more private way to give vaccines, too, behind closed door, instead of in the open.

My wife and I scheduled our Covid boosters for an upcoming trip. Up at the counter, the employee started to give us a long form to fill out before othe employees asked if we had scheduled online. We had. They said just use the short form. They didn’t give us the form and asked us to sit down. We had appointments at 12 and 12:10. We were there before noon. No one said anything to us about what was going on unti got up and went to the counter at 12:15. The employee asked if I had a question or how they could help. I said we had shots scheduled at noon. She knew this as she had helped us earlier. A minute or so later the pharmacy manager came in in a tizzy. I went to the counter again. She was fillining prescriptions. I again asked what was going on. They said they had to have a m

I went into Publix on today 1/8 to get 3 meat and cheese subs. First thing I was told to buy the bread or I will have to get the bread that's been sitting all day behind the container ( not in a holding place for freshness). So I bought the bread even though I know it was suppose to be with the price of a sub .Next I asked for 2 oven roasted chicken and maple honey turkey, some reason they didn't understand CHICKEN and TURKEY . By this time 40mins have pass. Second person cutting meat again! So the third person ask me what kind of sandwich Now her coworkers is saying it with me 2 Chicken and Turkey sandwich Never got the Sandwiches 50 mins pass ! I wouldn't recommend this Publix to anyone for sandwiches! Yulanda Crumby

Today we went into Oak Valley Public. We were very disappointed. We purchased a mixed 8 piece chicken and salad stuff. First the produce left much to be desired. What they had was old bruised and very soft. Tomatoes and cucumbers. Then we went to the deli. There was no chicken to grab and go. Not even rotisserie! That would have been an hour wait. So we bought fried. It was the lightest color, it tasted like it was cooked in old old and the pieces of chicken were very small! We were very disappointed! It will probably be a long time before we go back to this Public.

Rude/lazy pharmacist-- since they built the new store I've dealt with her 3-4 times for basic things, and each time it was as if she wanted to cause frustration or possibly even provoke a problematic response. Still, I always walked away without taking the bait, but obviously had to change pharmacies to find a fully-functional professional.
