Publix Pharmacy at New Smyrna Beach Regional Shopping Center

I would like to acknowledge and commend Joann in the NSB Regional Shopping Center Pharmacy for her exceptional patience and helpfulness. I spoke with Joann when I called about having a new script for my husband transferred and filled there. I was quite stressed as another pharmacy couldn't fill the script, and I couldn't find my husband's prescription drug insurance card. She took extra time to locate the information needed, never seeming annoyed or impatient with me. I am terribly grateful for all her help. All the pharmacy employees are efficient, pleasant, smiley and polite...except one, Linda. Which is why I am giving this review a one star rating. Unfortunately, one bad apple spoils the bunch. Instead of saying "may I help you" she says, "come on over" and she has this suffering look like she hates to be there. Unfortunately, just like an actress, if you are in customer service you have to manage a little smile no matter how much pain you are feeling or you're going to get these bad reviews. Finally, when I asked her to check if there is a Rx discount she can apply, such as Good Rx, etc. she refused. I had to argue to make her check, though at the end no discount was found.

This Publix pharmacy is great. Helped me navigate getting my meds with my new insurance. Highly recommend. ❤️Publix

For the most part the pharmacy staff are less then pleasant to talk to. But they almost always have my meds and are willing to use the savings cards. There is one guy who works there who is very rude. When Im in line and he calls next I always let the person behind me go. I cant stand him. Some of the women are unpleasant too but not as bad as him.

Refilled my prescriptions on the app for same day pickup. Two days later still in pending to fill. My husbands very common blood pressure medicine yet again had to be ordered. It just shouldn't take this long to get very common meds.
