Publix Pharmacy at Moultrie Square

Extremely rude pharmacists. Lisa talked to my mother like she was stupid, even though there was a clear error in the dosing due to the pharmacist's fault. Both the insurance company and my mother's doctor agreed it was an error and the pharmacist refused to help and acted like it was my mother's fault. Don't expect to receive caring service here.

This is a great supermarket although a bit overpriced. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prepared food is very good.

They went above and beyond to fill my husband prescriptions before they closed on New Year’s Eve

My aunt is out of town and almost out of her medication. She called Publix at Moultrie pharmacy. Kiki answered the call Was kind extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my aunt Jennifer I wish more people like this existed in healthcare.

A lady from the Publix pharmacy at Moultrie in St Augustine Florida was so rude when she called to speak to my mother about a prescription. I answered the phone and my elderly mom wasn’t available to speak to her. So I took a message with her explaining that they couldn’t get ahold of the doctor about her refill. Mind you she called me the morning hurricane Milton was exiting our town (Thursday). I told her that we had a hurricane that was coming through and the offices have been closed for prep and for the day of the storm. Mind you she never told me where she was calling from. I thought it was express scrips and they didn’t realize we had a hurricane. She then said she was calling from Publix. SO SHE KNEW! And her answer to me was I UNDERSTAND THAT MAM!! This has been since the 27th!! (W
