Publix Pharmacy at Montclair Place

I’m not a regular pharmacy customer here and still had the best treatment from everyone behind the counter! The pharmacist and the techs were all friendly, patient and helpful over the phone and in person. After trying to resolve an issue regarding a shortage ALL day with multiple pharmacies, the staff here took the time to work out all of our options to find the best fit for us.

Jacob is the most helpful and most hospitable employee ever! I sincerely appreciate his work ethic and customer care.

I've been going to publix for years , across this state and the south and this publix pharmacy has the absolute worse customer. I only had a few questions about my prescription in regards to my manufacturer coupon vs pricing, since the price they gave was higher then it was in the past, since the last refill 30 days ago. Instead I got an incredible rude pharmacy who made comment as if i had made some refusal to not pay. Truly disgusted by my interaction and now I'm told I can't pick it up after another location and now I'm being forced to interact with these people

The worst publix pharmacy in town to use if you need anything filled in a reasonable amount of time. At least 80% of the time, if the medication was prescribed on the day you are trying to pick it up, they need “at least an hour or so” to get it ready, regardless of how many hours it’s been since the prescription was sent over. They also never make any effort to get it ready for you while you are there to save you a trip. That’s probably not a huge deal for the retirees from Mountain Brook that use this Publix, but as a single father of three children that live with me full time, making a return trip during my work day for medication that should already be filled is tough.

Much better prices than competing pharmacies. Great customer service. Helped make my prescription transfer super smooth and easy!
