Publix Pharmacy at Millhopper Shopping Center

I drive all the way from Newberry to this pharmacy. They are amazing here. I wish it was as good in Newberry so I didn’t have to drive but with the service I receive, it’s worth it! Thank you so much to the whole Pharmacy team!

Prescriptions are always ready for the day and time requested. Pharmacists and staff are very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Only place I get my prescriptions and vaccines for years.

Absolutely love the people at the Millhopper Publix Pharmacy! I started using this pharmacy when I lived on the NW side of town right down the road and now I live all the way off of Archer road and still find it worth going to this particular branch. They have always gone above and beyond to help me with insurance and medication problems. Special shoutout to Wyatt and the assistant manager (I can't remember her name off the top of my head, but she is absolutely lovely). Side note: I have been going to this pharmacy for a few years now and the employees are ALWAYS busting their butt to get things done as quickly as possible. There can be like four different people behind the counter and each one is briskly immersed in their own task. Anyone complaining about wait time should go watch these

Simed pharmacy was closeing, so went and asked pharmacist if they could handle my meds. They said yes, no problem, here's our card. Went pain doc, gave him the card. Made steady calls back and forth until I was sure the prescriptions were transferred. Went to publix to make sure it had been received, I assumed it was to early to fill, but making sure is imperative. Was told that it was received and canceled. They would not accept me or any simed pharmacy transfer. Was told I was lying that I checked it out beforehand. And the worst, they never bothered to call and tell me. Now I have to start the process all over again. It stinks to be disabled.

Was told a prescription was ready. Went to pick it up and was told "do some shopping, I can have it ready in 30 minutes? REALLY? I'm home, waiting for it to be filled. We shall see.
