The pharmacy team at Publix is consistently kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. They take the time to answer questions, explain medications clearly, and make sure everything is handled correctly. Prescriptions are ready when promised, and the staff genuinely cares about their customers.
This group hasn’t been dependable for me. A few mishaps including refilling a prescription with the wrong med……..?? So 6 months ago I left then one of my docs sent a refill to them. BUT then didn’t get it……..??? Then they make it my docs fault or mine! Just can’t trust these guys!
Smallish store, but always seems to have what I need. Small us perfect when I am in a hurry or have the kids with me. Very friendly and helpful staff! I love that I can walk there from my home.
Super easy.
