Publix Pharmacy at Matt Town Center

I’ve used the Publix Matt Town Center pharmacy for years and I’m disappointed by how inconsistent it has been. I was often told prescriptions would be ready at a certain time, only to arrive and find out they weren’t. What made it worse was the lack of communication—many times there was a delay or issue and I wasn’t notified. The drive-through experience was especially frustrating. On one visit, I was asked what I needed, then left waiting for around 20 minutes with no update after the staff member walked away to prepare it. I understand pharmacies get busy, but medication is not something customers should have to chase down. I hope management improves communication and reliability.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The infant that they have helping customers on January 10, 2026 is an entitled brat who has absolutely no understanding of what it means to provide good customer service, especially to customers who are suffering from health conditions, and coming to a pharmacy seeking the medical care that they need. She needs to be fired so that she learns the lesson that patient care is far more important than an arbitrary checklist.

Worst place to get your prescriptions filled. The question on when you want the prescriptions picked up is Irrelevant. They never work on your request. Gave benefit of doubt twice but the third time has been the icing on the cake. ASAP order has been taking 24 hours almost.. this is after even calling in and checkin in the counter and it’s still not delivered.

The worst pharmacy with horrible customer service. They don't fill RXs called in by your doctor for days. It shows RXs are "in progress" but they aren't unless you call and complain. We plan to transfer to a different pharmacy.

Terrible. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. Long waits are standard here. I've been told several times to pick up prescriptions, only to be not ready, or out of stock. I'm leaving this pharmacy to go to Walmart.
