Publix Pharmacy at Markets West at Franklin

The staff are professional and polite; however, the pharmacy has additional restrictions and policies that may result in extra costs for you. For example, I have a prescription that is supposed to be filled for 90 days at a time, and I get an insurance discount for doing so. The pharmacy has a policy of its own and will only fill for 30 days at a time. If you have a simple script or value easy access to their staff, then this is an excellent place to go. If, for some reason, your situation is a bit outside the norm, don’t frustrate yourself.

This pharmacy team could not be more helpful and professional. They manage to treat everyone with respect. And. Get their meds taken care of. You guys are great !

I have always really loved the prices and the service at the pharmacy here but the lady at the window this morning on Wednesday Dec 4th was very rude and not helpful at all as my sons doctor had left a prescription on their voicemail before they opened and she didn’t see it so she was very short and didn’t help me at all! I will be switching somewhere else

After dealing with issue after issue at Walgreens in Jonesborough, I finally did what I said I was going to do 3 years ago. I switched pharmacies! The pharmacy team at Publix made the change effortless! I am so glad I switched! Picking up my meds has never been easier, not to mention so much faster! I highly recommend them! It’s definitely worth the few extra miles into Johnson City!
