Publix Pharmacy at Market Square

The staff is customer focused. Remembering your name, providing information regarding your meds and working with your Doctors in getting refills, is a trait that isn't in all pharmacies. I strongly recommend them

Very rude staff and unhelpful. Tried to get a prescription that my doctor called in overnight for my son’s ear pain and when I called to see if it was ready, she put me on hold and then hung up on me. When I called back she put me on hold again telling me how busy she was. When she finally talked to me she told me she was really busy and not sure if my doctor had called it in. I asked if she would check and she said she’d do it in about an hour. Poor customer service, especially for a child in pain.

From a pharmacy perspective, the two people who helped me with my daughter's prescription were not only helpful and trustworthy, they were friendly too! I would love to transfer all my prescriptions there if I only lived closer!

Website states that the pharmacy opens @ 9am. Had already verified they fill pet prescriptions. Waited and went in at 9:30 am. One person on duty still loading cash register, Asked about simple price on a specific pet prescription with of course no insurance involved! Other locations that fill pet subscriptions actually list prices for this (and others) online. But not Publix, which is why I went to store. This employee pointed to the cash register. I asked why? He replied "you bring in prescription, I fill it, ring it up and you have price!" In other words, buy it blindly! Life long meds for pets can be expensive if you deal with places like this!
