Publix Pharmacy at Magnolia Plaza

I LOVE my Publix Pharmacy on Magnolia and Navy Blvd! I am especially appreciative of the personal help that April, Purvi and Kris offer. There have been multiple occasions when I needed extra help to navigate insurance and other needs. They always know what to do to create an easier path. Specifically, my daughter has special needs and often filling her prescriptions can be a multi step process. Their patience and kindness is such a gift!

My husband and I rode our ebikes on the multi modal to Publix Magnolia because it is an over crowded mess with cars in the parking lot and difficult to find parking spots. We rode our bikes into the covered pharmacy drive thru to pick up a prescription. A blonde woman with glasses at the Publix drive thru took one look at me, rolled her eyes and turned to talk to her co-worker, completely ignoring me. When she finally turned and talked to me, she was very rude and chewed me out for riding bikes in the drive thru. Bikes are legal on roads and parking lots. Publix has not posted bikes aren’t allowed in the drive thru. My last prescription was received but not filled per the app. I drove to the pharmacy and was told they were out of the medication and it would be available late the foll

Original Review: The new pharmacy manager at this store is changing my experience with them for the better. Not sure the spelling is right, but Lainia is great at working with me to get proper refill dates. That was always an issue. She is very kind, patient and understanding. That's reflected in the staff now as well. I appreciate their efforts and am happy to have found a pharmacy that actually cares about the customer. I did edit this review previously as my interactions with a couple of techs had been less than satisfactory causing a significant delay in refills. Since then, the pharmacy manager has made sure their system has information included which seems to have fixed this. She is a pharmacy manager that goes above and beyond, so back from a 3 to a 5 star rating!

The fake blonde woman with the glasses is just plain snotty. Horrible attitude and takes it out on customers. If you don’t like your job, find something else.

Had a problem getting a prescription filled and one of the staff went above and beyond to call around to the other Publix to see where I could get it filled. This was after he called my insurance company to make sure that Publix pharmacy was contracted with my insurance company. I assumed all of them were the same and they are not.
