Publix Pharmacy at Madison Yards

How do I downvote a review? lol the pharmacists team here is literally the best - both leads are incredible and make us feel like family. I actively choose this grocery store above others in my area because of the pharmacists (and the meat/seafood guys are amazing too and the checkout crew is wonderful too)

Avoid this pharmacy unless they change the manager. This review is only about the Pharmacy Manager, Rachel Wall. I had a few basic questions since there was a misunderstanding about my prescription but she responded with an attitude and was really rude and condescending and made me feel like I was pressured to buy my prescription I can't afford by repeating "We ordered this just for you" multiple times. Even if I got the info wrong, she could have answered in a more professional polite way to help me understand. Her coworkers at the pharmacy were nice and verbally confirmed that Rachel Wall is often rude. I did see she was more polite with a white customer asking similar questions. I'm brown and her nicer coworkers are black so I'm not sure if this was her being racist. I like the rest of

The pharmacist, Emily, could not take more delight in being a hindrance to people getting the medication they need. No compassion and no willingness to help. Should be fired and replaced with someone more willing to balance the managing of the pharmacy AND compassion for the people.

Pharmacists here are always kind and efficient! Have never had an issue here, even when filling prescriptions for my pet. Much better than big-chain pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens in the area.

DELI department is the worst. They never have a variety of wings or they don’t have enough chicken..and I’m talking about during peak after work hours. They don’t prepare for the after work crowd or they cook nasty flavored wings without other options to choose from.
