If I could I would have gave a zero, incompetent rude and impolite! Last night a mature white lady working there didn't give me all the medecine the docter has prescribed and when i asked she didn't even bother to answer the question she also wrote the wrong name of the last one that i had to get from the over the counter on the prescription when i checked this morning it says mucinex she added DM she should not add stuff that the docter hasn't prescribed because these two have different actions that's why both versions exist they didn't add DM on one box just to make it look fancier PEOPLE'S HEALTH IS A SERIOUS MATTER !!!!
A Positive Experience at Publix Pharmacy I've seen a lot of negative reviews about the pharmacy staff, and frankly, I'm a bit puzzled. In all my interactions, I've found them to be consistently professional, polite, and incredibly informative. It makes me wonder if perhaps the issue isn't with the staff themselves. Given that pharmacies are often short-staffed and we, as customers, are often feeling unwell or caring for sick loved ones, it's natural to want quick service. However, the Publix Pharmacy team handles these pressures with remarkable grace. I truly applaud their dedication and hard work. To the entire Publix Pharmacy staff, keep up the excellent work! 👏
Everyone I’ve spoken with at this pharmacy has been kind, but the overall experience has been frustrating due to a lack of urgency and communication around filling prescriptions. I came in on 4/5 to pick up two prescriptions, only to learn they were sent to a different location (my fault). I asked for a transfer and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Hours later, I was notified that only one was ready, the other was out of stock. It would’ve been helpful to know that earlier, as I could’ve just gone to the original location. I assumed it would be ready in a few days, but by 4/14, there was still no update. I went in, was told a shipment had just come in, and it would be ready the next day. On 4/15, I got a text that it was ready, but they had only filled 10 out of 90 pills. When I
I have only used the Lost Mountain pharmacy location twice, but the experience was much better than what I experienced at the Publix Brookstone location. My medication is not routinely kept in stock at most pharmacies. If you have a hard-to-fill prescription that must be ordered by the pharmacy in-advance, I suggest driving the 3 miles from Brookstone to Lost Mtn. because Brookstone repeatedly forgets to order my medication even though I have called them every 48 hours for 8-9 days in advance of me running out....only to hear ANOTHER excuse, usually "The truck didn't show up today." Lost Mountain actually follows through with ordering my medication so it can be filled when it is needed. In addition, I have found EVERY SINGLE ONE of the folks working at the Lost Mtn pharmacy to be fri
I’ve consistently experienced delays with this pharmacy. Even when I provide 48 hours' notice, my prescriptions are never ready on time. Each visit results in an additional 45-minute wait. This has happened repeatedly, and it's very frustrating
