Publix Pharmacy at Loehmann's Fashion Island

Super impressed and grateful for this pharmacy. They are always professional, reliable, and accountable. Also proactive! Prescriptions are always on time and the staff is courteous and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of even when they are busy after years of subjecting myself to the stress and agony of going to Walgreens, which was always a chaotic disappointment, I have Been consistently impressed at this Publix pharmacy in Aventura. Also, I want to point out that And my experience they often have medicines that other pharmacies don’t carry or have a hard time sourcing Brian and all of the team deserve 5 stars and more.

Has gotten progressively worse over the years. Extremely slow service, especially at the deli Customer service quality has become less then satisfactory, with exception of a few, many employees are impertinent and not helpful. The other concern is that it seems communication skills (English speaking proficiency) qualifications/ requirements have been lowered.

8pm at the pharmacy. Long line - only 2 people working and both filling /prepping prescriptions. I had to wait 15 min. No one attending those in the line for pickup / drop off. If someone needs their prescriptions prepared - usually pharmacist asks them to come back in 20 -30 min - so at least one staff is attending the line. Someday this pharmacy will get it right.

Every time I come I tolerate some degree of inattention and unnecessary waiting, but this time no one appears until after half an hour. 18:32, Jan 29, 2024

Prescriptions never ready on time. Have to wait several days to a week after time promised to be ready. Pharmacy does not answer phone. Horrible pharmacy
