Publix Pharmacy at Lenox Marketplace

The pharmacists here are always nice, but the tech is horrible. The pharmacists here go above and beyond to help my prescription transferred from Kroger. I thought Kroger was bad. But the tech here is the worst and has some serious issues with me personally. This wasn’t the first time I encounter hostility. I think she has some issues with me. She was nice to other mainly Caucasian customers before and after me. But she gets so rude with me asking questions. I called for a couple of times for the prescription that weren’t covered by my insurance. I asked for the generic form, she said there weren’t a such. But my doctor magically found one and sent out five hours ago. When I asked about the prescription the tech said, there wasn’t such a thing and it wasn’t ready. So I asked why she said

I’m very disappointed with this pharmacy. They never answer the phone, and when I finally went in person tonight after going two days without my high blood-pressure medication—they refused to refill it because it was five minutes before closing. This is unacceptable, especially for a healthcare provider. I received a message stating my prescription was ready to be refilled, but since they don’t pick up the phone, I couldn’t place the order in time. A pharmacy should prioritize patients’ health, and this experience shows a lack of responsibility and care.

I'm about to move to the neighborhood and visited today for the first time! I entered the lane and was removing my items from my cart and I heard someone ask If I'd like for them to take over and finish emptying my cart. I honestly had never been asked that before and was blown away. Thank you Kennedy for the insane customer service I received from you... I'm so happy this will be my Publix!!

"Denise" was EXTREMELY rude over the phone. She told me I had to come into the store to verify if they had my prescription in stock or not. I call in every month to ask and they have never once told me it's a problem. She told me they have always had this procedure. I then asked, so you're telling me that if you don't have it in stock you expect me to drive around to all the Publix's in the area to have them tell me they don't have it either?? She said, well that's a new thing we're doing- which completely contradicts what she told me at the beginning of the conversation, that the policy has always been in place. That's absolutely ridiculous, I called another Publix and they happily told me that they had my medicine in stock. I will not be returning due to this and her attitude, this will

If there’s a problem with your insurance, they’ll just cancel your order without any notification. It just disappears like you never ordered it.
