Publix Pharmacy at Laurel Canyon Village

Staff is always super nice and minds their business unlike a lot of the folks at CVS and Walgreens who ask too many personal questions about your prescriptions from my experience. The staff is also super knowledgeable compared to other places. Wish the prices were a bit more reasonable but that’s expected for a Publix! You pay for the service you get which is worth it for me

I usually have the best customer service at this location. However, today, the associate at the pharmacy was ill mannered and condescending. One of my meds wasn't ready and the associate (woman) behind the counter rudely said "one of your meds isn't ready so just step away so I can keep this line moving". I did not appreciate the tone she used. Obviously, she does not know how to talk to people. She then procedeed to laugh with the customers behind us. Very bad experience.

Excellent service! All questions were answered, advice given that was VERY helpful! I was away for a family emergency and the staff at this location were compassionate. It meant a lot to me. If i could rate this location any higher, I would! I was so sad after losing my grandfather amd the pharmacist and her staff really made a difference.

Doctor called in prescription January 4, 2024,Thursday morning. I came by at 4pm same day. It wasn't ready. This has happened repeatedly. I was told if I needed it, that I should call it in. I thought that is why the doctor prescribed my medication, because I needed it. I am in so much pain that I can't walk now. And cried in pain all night and morning. I have to be lifted out of bed because the pain is so bad. I will have a ride to another doctor Monday. Maybe my prescription will be ready then. This and other pharmacies seem to have a problem being efficient. Pitiful service and don't care.

Great custom service, always willing to go the extra mile. The pharmacist on staff are always very knowledgeable and always show great empathy and patient care to everyone.
