Publix Pharmacy at Las Olas

As sensitive as I am to these poor pharmacy employees who are dealing with this healthcare mess, this particular group of people were beyond understanding, kindness, and the the overall honesty it takes to do that job. Long story short, they prevented me from picking up a prescription that not only I have been on for years, they delayed helping to the point where my doctor had to call several times. The script was written 12/26/2005 for a seizure preventing med. I finally was able to transfer it to Walgreens, who understood the seriousness of the medications and filled it immediately. Publix needs to do a better job at educating their people about medications. It left me very uneasy knowing that is where I had been picking up scripts for years.

They like to hang up the phone on you. This has been so done many times. I go through the prompts. Hit 0 to talk to an associate and then “ bam”. They hang up on me instead of picking up the phone. I’ve been going here for years and same shit ! Although they are very cool and nice !! And professional when I visit in person especially Beth and the pharmacists

This pharmacy is the best. They are friendly and go out of the way to helpline. Tha pharmacist is very helpful. He will answer any questions you have with a smile on his face God bless everyone who works at this pharmacy.

I’m very disappointed with the service at the food court, the wait on the line with only 1 person on front plus the staff is as very rude. Food is ok.

Horrible service. The pharmacist always has an attitude. Impossible to get any one on the phone without going inside the store.
