Publix Pharmacy at Lakeview Center

I’ve given this public pharmacy a few moths before forming an opinion. After speaking with the pharmacist, it is decided, this is the worst Publix pharmacy I have ever used. This is 100% specific to this location. I solely used the pharmacy in plantation on University and Peters while living in Plantation without any issues. They were awesome. Fast, friendly and always working. In a short amount of time they recognized me and made me feel at home. It was so pleasant to feel community when I went to pick up my prescriptions. I ended up getting vaccines there. Long lines were few and far in between but when they occurred they moved quickly. Now on to this pharmacy. It is night and day. I am currently sick really needed my meds. They said 45 min, My husband showed up after 37 min. Instead of being told wait a few minutes got an attitude and yelled at by some horrible male pharmacist who said you can wait 45 more minutes. People are coming here for medications that are needed. I think there is a way to speak to people and this clearly wasn’t it. Try to be mindful of how you treat someone.. I will go to another publix from now on

Adam the pharmacy manager at this Publix is amazing, he is calm he listens and he does the very best especially for someone that is out of pocket. I appreciate this because he goes that extra mile and quite frankly I know that he doesn’t have to. It means a lot to me and I really appreciate his efforts and it does not go unnoticed and I want everyone to know so that they can also experience such a wonderful healthcare individual.🙏🙏

Shout out to Nick -Nick behind the Pharmacy desk is absolutely a pleasure to speak with and get help with when there’s issues happening. He is definitely one of a kind and we always appreciate getting our prescriptions there because he makes it such a nice and easy process. Thank you for making the Pharmacy a pleasure too!

Had a wonderful experience at the Publix Pharmacy. I was picking up a couple of things to help clear a skin infection. One of the items was not going to be ready until a later date do to my insurance. Quick version I politely said I will pay without my insurance to get it quickly. Ashley, the intern,(I asked her name because I wanted to leave a review) she said I can reduce the cost with what’s called I believe better RX. I didn’t even request this, but it was a big help. Then I received a text from Publix. They had it ready before they closed tonight. Basically within 30 minutes of my call. Big shout out to Ashley the intern.
