Publix Pharmacy at Lakeside Commons

This is such a nice pharmacy! I’m currently hours away from my hometown pharmacy, and I was honestly stressed about making sure I didn’t run out of my medication. They were able to refill it quickly and efficiently so I didn’t have to go without, and I’m so grateful for that. The staff was helpful, understanding, and made the whole process smooth and easy. It’s such a relief to find a place that truly cares and takes care of you, especially when you’re not from the area. If I lived here, I would absolutely make this my regular pharmacy. Highly recommend!

When trying to resolve an issue with my prescription, the pharmacist spoke to me in an extremely aggressive manner and refused to refill my medication. When asking for an explanation, he continued to speak to me in an aggressive manner, and it truly ruined my experience with this pharmacy. I will be switching pharmacy’s after this experience.

I went straight from urgent care to the Publix pharmacy drive through window to inquire on the wait time to pick up my medication. The pharmacy tech assured me that it would not take long and told me to wait at the window unless someone else came in the line. The pharmacist was at the window in 5 minutes with my prescriptions. Can't stress enough how much I appreciated their concern and professionalism.

Love Publix, but this store has some growing pains. And now pharmacy, too? Hopefully things will plane out soon.
