Publix Pharmacy at Lake Nona Creekside

This is the third time they have not notified me of an issue with my prescription resulting in me running out of the medication. I have to call to find out why they are not filling it. It is negligence on their part. The medication is for heart failure and as a pharmacist they should know that the person should be notified. Also, they filled a medication that has an interaction with my heart medication that can cause irregular heart rhythm when mixed. I found out when I woke up at 2 AM with severe heart palpitations and looked up the interaction. This is a pharmacist job to notify the person of interactions.

My family has been filling their prescriptions here for about a year and honestly the staff is amazing, they actually care, they even remember you. Honestly if you live in the area it’s the best choice. Highly recommended. Great service!

Just spoke to the pharmacist, Jessica, who said that the intern, Dominic, lied to me and told me that my coupon worked for a medication just to get me off of the phone. It’s really unprofessional to be airing out the affairs of the pharmacy to a customer. As a medical professional, I never throw my interns under the bus. I own the mistake and find a solution. Also, I’m pretty sure the coupon was accepted as he told me the price that it would be and everything.

I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a pharmacy but I just wanted to say thank you to this location. In the last couple of months Kiara has helped me twice and brings a lot of professionalism and service to her role. So glad I switched from Walgreens!

Dr. Lu and Dr. Lamar and the rest of the pharmacy staff are amazing! They take really good care of my elderly parents and they treat them like their own! I am so happy and satisfied with the care they provide!
