Publix Pharmacy at Lake Mary Pointe

This is the only Publix I've been to with rude pharmacy staff. They walked away from me when I walked up to the counter and only came back after several minutes then gave me eye rolling attitude for no reason

Several of the staff have been rude over the past couple of yrs. It does seem like they have no idea what it's like to depend on medicines to stay well / alive. I am a huge fan of pharmacists & have known many who are superb people. It hadn't ever occurred to me to write a review, but seeing the others with similar experiences, it seems worthwhile to warn others.

The staff at this store are amazing. The Pharmacy manager, on the other not so much, she is very unprofessional. One Employee isn’t going to ruin it for the others. I did give one star because I was , and it was my fault for staying there, being treated in a very unprofessional way . But , the store doesn’t need a bad rating because of one Employee. Everyone else is great. The store is clean and they are well stocked. I have been going there for years. I recommend the store highly. As I have given this store 5 stars before they deserve it.

Great store nice clean and Rachel the cashierwas amazing. She was by far the nicest cashier I've experienced in a while. She was super friendly. Only thing was the soda machine at the delivery was down:( but I truly wish publix would drop coke products drop the deli and get Pepsi. But other then that this publix will be my stop when I'm in the area.

Horrible experience. Had appendectomy where pain script was called around 11AM by doctor. Went to pick up around 4PM... the pharmacy tech was a robot. No personality no customer service training. Said it would take a hour. 1.5 hours later.. " just have to bag it"....20 minutes later....a different tech that wasnt an automaton got it bagged finally so that the late dose could taken. Management needs to really investigate this... it shouldn't take this long (I know they're busy, I work in medical field...which is how I know this is shameful customer service)
