Publix Pharmacy at Lake Mary Collection

I asked if they could fill my prescription and the phone answerer said maybe, but she had no idea, really, and didn't know when it would be in. After several days I inquired and they said "It's ready." I said, "Don't you normally notify the patient when their prescription is ready?" and the girl said she thought so but wasn't sure, and didn't know how to set up a notification. Sheesh!

Never have a problem here we get lots of our prescriptions here. Very friendly and helpfully.

I have never had better service at a pharmacy than what I get on every visit to this location. Everyone in the Pharmacy is friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra step to make sure my wife and I get the best treatment! I highly recommend them for your pharmacy needs.

They ordered the wrong epi pen dose for my child. And then the pharmacist who filled the order didn’t check it. I realized once we got home. When I called, the attitude was very nonchalant “oh I don’t know how this happened.” This is a life-threatening mistake.

Filled a 30 day supply which is 60 pills for $18.76 using Good RX. Without being told, I received only 30 pills and was charged $14.75 due to a medication shortage. I realized I was running out of pills sooner than expected and looked at the bottle which said 30 was the filled quantity.
