Publix Pharmacy at Lake Harris

This pharmacy has wonderful customer service!! The staff calls you to let you know right away if there is an insurance issue or something and they are very friendly and kind.

Not sure how this pharmacy can get anything less than a 5 star rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every single pharmacist and tech ACTUALLY WANTS TO HELP YOU! They don’t make you jump through bureaucratic hoops or give you a hard time when adjusting your script. They always automatically apply the best discounts from their databases when insurance doesn’t cover it. I even had one doctor give me their card and said call them directly if I had any problems will refills. 🤷‍♀️Negative reviews don’t make sense to me. If you’re respectful and understanding you’ll love this location.

This place is horrible, but it's the only game in town. The underage and unprofessional staff have way too much to say about things that are none of their business. I will not embarrass or call out individual staff members because that would make me like them and I'm limited by space, however, I would advise anyone and everyone to find a more professional pharmacy.

I have had nothing but great service from this pharmacy. Yes, the wait can be long at certain times. However, the pharmacy staff have always taken time to answer my questions and have suggested ways to get meds from my docs when I have had trouble with my prescription. So if I have to wait because the pharmacy staff is answering other people's questions, I don't mind.

Excellent service . Very professional and respectful people working here. They do seem to enjoy what they do. Definitely will come back to take any other vaccine my family or I need in the future.
