Publix Pharmacy at Lake Ella Plaza

This has been my pharmacy for 20+ years and the staff has always been friendly and caring. The last three times I have refilled a prescription it has taken more than 7 days to get refilled. In addition, the last time I went to pickup there were no customers and the three ladies were talking and laughing about a call they just received. The reason I know this is due to being ignored while I stood at the counter listening to their conversation for several minutes without any acknowledgment from the them. Lastly, one of my recent refill pickups included someone elses information on two of the boxes I received. I went back to the pharmacy and they printed my correct information and removed the other persons information, but I now have lost faith in this pharmacys ability to fill my prescriptio

I had been using this pharmacy for years but they’ve really fell off in the past year or so. Not sure what’s going on, but I’m switching pharmacies completely. It’d be cool if the clerks were yanno… nice or looked less dead inside but they’re rude so waiting multiple days is not worth it to me. I tried to be understanding but I give up on Publix.

This pharmacy used to be so well run. Front staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient with excellent customer service skills. The pharmacists were so amazing. They listened, they explained options, side effects, even suggested questions and issues one might bring up with their doctors. One special pharmacist even came to my mother's funeral after losing her battle with cancer. Now it is deplorable. The front end staff knows very little, have very indifferent, borderline rude attitudes as if they are doing you a favor or you are disturbing them by being there. I do not know what has changed but I can say this, Publix is a very profitable company and the lake Ella location is always busy. Corporate can afford to hire more pharmacists and front end staff to fill prescriptions in a tim

If you take more than 1 daily medication, do not refill them here! You will experience issues getting them refilled!! I have used this pharmacy for years and never really had issues when I was only on a couple of daily meds but for the past year, every single time I’ve put in refill requests, they just don’t get filled until days later when I have to call or show up asking why they haven’t been filled. The reasons I get are 1. A computer system issue or 2. An insurance question they had or 3. They ran out of the medication. In all three scenarios, they have never, NOT ONCE called me to either ask the question they had or inform me of whatever issue it is. Instead, they don’t contact you at all and just let the medications sit forever in the “in progress” section of the pharmacy app. I’ve

This place is so slow. Went in yesterday to drop off a prescription and they assured me they would be done by 4:45 pm today to pick it up after work. Got to the pharmacy after work and they haven't even started on it. Not a fan. Not the first time this has happened either.
