Publix Pharmacy at Kathleen Square

Always nice and helpful! Pretty good about being able filling prescriptions fast. Only had a couple times that they didn't have one in stock. But we're still able to help even though!

My wife and I have shopped at your store for about 2 years. I always enjoy Publix but I must say, your store seems to have the best staff in Lakeland. We always have a pleasant experience. We typically order bread for our church once a month and the bakery staff is always so very accommodating. On my last trip I almost forgot to order the bread. I went in a panic but Adriana assured me she would have the order before Sunday. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in health care and have worked for some of the largest health care companies in the country! For example, they try to make excuses like the prescription is on back order, so they don't have to refill. Or they say that they called the physician to get the prescription refill, but the physician didn't refill the prescription!! I have actually talked the physicians they claim they have called, and they told me that they never heard from Publix Pharmacy!! The staff also keeps playing with customer's profiles, so notifications (text messages) aren't sent, and they blame it on the customer cell phone provider! Way to go kids (Publix).

Pharmacy sucks… While my husband was in surgery I had a prescription to pick up. No one ever asked me for insurance card and charged me full price for medication‘s. After I realize the error and called they refused to fix their mistake. And pretty much told me I just had to eat that after they failed to do their job.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had. I still have not gotten my prescription my doctor sent 4 days ago. Its issue after issue here. Even when you go up to the store to see what is taking so long they take forever to fill the prescription and just stand around talking. I will be switching
