Honestly have never been treated as badly by a pharmacy as I have by this one. They never have my prescription ready and are condescending and rude on the phone. The man who I spoke with today answered a question I asked with “did you hear a word I said”. They previously told me my prescription would be ready on the 28th. When I called today (1st), he told me that it couldn’t be filled until the 2nd and that it needs a supervisor to sign off. So of course I was confused when they give me 5 different days. If you want to get berated and insulted then feel free to use this pharmacy. I for one, will never use this pharmacy again. Their employees need some compassion training and phone etiquette training, as their lack of compassion is concerning as medical professionals. Before you use this p

I’ve never had an issue with anyone at the pharmacy. I always treat them with respect as they treat me with respect. I went to CVS for a month and came right back because of the customer service here versus the lack of people skills at CVS. As a minority myself, I can’t say I’ve had the problems others allegedly experienced. It hasn’t always been perfect but they are more consistent than other pharmacies I’ve been to. I guess people expect perfection and to be catered to from everyone, if not, they drop a bad review. Hezekis and Libby are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have never written a review of any kind before, but my experience yesterday leads me to write one. I dropped off a script and was told it would be almost 2 hours to get. I told the girl that waited on me that was a long time to wait. A guy with curly black hair and glasses -who was not in our conversation said you can wait like everyone else and said if you don’t like it go somewhere else. I switched to Publix due to several factors one being their customer service. This guy is working for the wrong company his attitude is that of a Kroger employee- who has the worse! I feel he should be fired. Evidently it is not his first unprofessional action since a person standing near said this is not the first time he had done this.

This is a racist Publix. And honestly, my first incident I thought it was a coincidence and I’ve already made it formal complaint, but I would like to let other people know before shopping here. Especially if you’re a person of color. I had a gift card from Publix that I got before the holidays. When I went to use it a few days ago, it would not swipe. The cashier that day was able to enter it in to the system in order for me to use it, and I was advised to have the next cashier, do the same. By the way, this cashier was a person of color like me. Today, I went into the same Publix and the cashier would not listen to me when I told her that it needs to be entered in. Instead, she gave me a receipt to go to the customer service lady who also did not follow the instructions to enter it in. I

Did you know: invisible people come before you in line @ Publix Pharmacy. I Walked up no one there ..Gave my name to pick up Meds. The Techanician Called someone on the side up ,saying to me you will have to wait ...She was here before you. This Pharmacy had excellent service when Michelle was the Pharmists. Pathetic today. ***If you like Walmart Service you will love this Drug store.*** Aug 30, 2025 When using the Drive through @ Jonquil location You must sign for Prescription. They have a Plastic Basket w/ a pen on @ 3 String to use.. So C H E A P…Instead of buying 1000 pen w/ Publix logo for advertising in event one in 2000 take take pen. Beyond belief ..
