Publix Pharmacy at Johns Creek Center

I LOVE this pharmacy. Repeatedly they go above and beyond to be helpful. Just now, Katelyn, an intern, went out of her way to research my medication price, anticipating insurance to deny coverage. She even called me back with great results. She did not have to do that, but she cared enough to put in the extra effort. Surely Katelyn and Kim as well as everyone else are concerned about their customers.

Our kids needed flu shots, and from the cries and tears i'm sure other customers thought they were being tortured. The pharmacist, Ms. Meredith, was a godsend. We had an awful experience with the pharmacist down the road at Rivertown and almost didn't go here because of it, but we're so glad we did. She was amazing, did everything humanly possible to ease the stress of the situation and stayed completely composed through it all. Cannot thank her and her staff enough.

Except for my mail order pharmacy, this is the pharmacy I use for everything else. I get my flu shot here as well. The employees here are first rate and very courteous.

Your charge of $25.92 was more than double the price I could have bought for much less everywhere else I found out. I will move my prescription to another place because of your predatory pricing!
