Publix Pharmacy at Indian River Village Shopping Center

The folks that work in this pharmacy are amazing. They are courtesy, respectful and go beyond normal to help customers with filling and notifications of prescriptions. Their jobs are very hard and taxing but they realize their customers are humans with medical issues. Thank you!

I have been a Publix Pharmacy customer for years and they have always been impressed that they know my medications and health issues. I have also used them for all of my vaccinations for years. I could hardly tell that I was getting a shot from them. I will continue going to Publix Pharmacy for both medications and vaccinations in the future! I feel like I'm in good hands with them!

Elly and another pharmacy employee went out of their way for my granddaughter. We were traveling from out of state and she needed to go to urgent care for strep and tonsillitis. We had been told at another pharmacy that it would be late that evening or the next day and they were able to get in less than 30 minutes. We realized later that a routine prescription had been left at home. Elly got it transferred from our home pharmacy and filled sooner than promised. Thank you!

My daughter and her husband both came down with strep throat. After a visit to a Care Center, my wife suggested using the Publix Pharmacy, since it's so close. I arrived at 9am, just when it opened. No one else was waiting, so I hoped for a quick fill of the prescription, so they could feel, some relief from the pain. The lady at the window said it would take 20-25 minutes, as my daughter and husband were new to the system. After 2 more trips to the window to check on things, I finally got the meds just after 10am. I told the pharmacist and his assistant, when I finally got the meds, that it was a very long wait. They said they thought I was outside, but most of the time I was in the waiting area (which they say they cannot see from the pharmacy). Customer service appears to be very low on

Great place. Excellent friendly from ALL employees. They really make " shopping a pleasure" In todays busy lifestyles. Subs....no question...the very BEST. Those deli employees work very hard. Seems like they never have a slow minute. Just let them know, All of them are appreciated. Ron
