Publix Pharmacy at Indian Lake Marketplace

I’ve consistently had negative experiences with the customer service at this location whenever I come to pick up my prescriptions. The staff often appears inattentive and unorganized, resulting in long wait times and unnecessary confusion. On multiple occasions, I’ve encountered dismissive or unhelpful attitudes, which make an already stressful process even more frustrating. Communication about prescription statuses is also poor, often leaving me uncertain whether my medication is ready or delayed. The lack of professionalism and proper service at this pharmacy is disappointing. I strongly encourage management to address these issues, provide proper customer service training, and create an environment where all customers feel respected.

Recently changed pharmacies! I normally get great service at every Publix I’ve gone to! Not here. Very unhelpful and rude! I complained about one employee to the pharmacist, he seemed to care less. I loved the Publix Pharmacy in Goodlettsville and continued to go there even when i found out they were out of network for me; the service was superb. When i moved here, it was just the opposite. The store personnel very helpful, not PHARMACY!!!!

They need more help! I love this pharmacy and their pharmacy team goes above and beyond, but management needs to give them more help. To be honest, I'm tired of waiting - there are pharmacies that offer customer service thru proper staffing. Publix shouldn't look like Walgreens or CVS - we all know they don't care!

Great pharmacy, fast, efficient, best prices. Plus you can shop for your groceries at the same time. Location is easy to get to
