Publix Pharmacy at Imperial Lakes Plaza

THE best service out of all of the Publix Pharmacy’s I’ve ever been to. Handled any problem I had in a timely matter and I never have to wait long for my prescriptions. The manager Tim makes each encounter such a memorable and enjoyable experience. Plus to top off his phenomenal customer service, he’s easy on the eyes ;)

I have never encountered such incompetence with Pharmacy staff. Myself and my Workers Comp case worker had to direct each pharmacist on how to properly submit the insurance, yet they still can't get it correct. The worse part is when the pharmacist refuses to accept their error and attempts to direct fault to the patient. I should mention that they have placed "notes" in the screen to direct them your to properly submit my Rx but they still fall short.

Never have our prescriptions on time. Can't call in some until the day of and they don't have it in stock and can take up to three days to get in an antidepressant. Which you should never go without. We have had to because of them. Staff that is not helpful at all. They do not seem to care about you at all. Went through a mental health crisis and they just made it worse by not listening to my doctor's and waiting the weekend to question him. I was treated horribly through all that. If we weren't forced to use them, we would have left a long time ago.

These guys! This has been our Pharmacy for years they know our faimly and are literally involved with caring for us. They have caught med concerns for our son, deal with me when I forget to refill till the last minute, and have made big health concerns easier to deal with. We recently moved and everytime I get a prescription and I tell them where to fill it, I get a look! I actually drive past 20? pharmacists from downtown to see our people. I trust them and appreciate them!

I have been going to the publix pharmacy at Shepherd road for a few years. I have never had a problem. The pharmacist and techs are very helpful and take the time to answer any questions? Prescriptions are always in stock and ready when they say.
