Publix Pharmacy at Hunter's Crossing

The pharmacy staff at this establishment has demonstrated a lack of competence. They were supposed to give me a 30-day supply of my medication, but instead, they provided me with a one-week supply while waiting for the 30-day supply. Upon contacting the pharmacy today, I was informed that they had never placed an order for the 30-day supply. Terrible service.

I've honestly never had a problem with them, but your mileage may vary based on what you're requiring of them. I came over here from Walgreens, which was always out of one or another of my very common medications, or just didn't have the refill ready. They gave me the wrong dosage and once even the wrong pills entirely. I've never had any problems like that with Publix, specifically this one. It's also hugely convenient to go there when I already shop there for groceries. My only gripe (a small one) is that I wish their hours were a little more expansive towards people who like to go shopping early on the weekend, but you can't cater to everyone :)

Pharmacists are nice but the pharmacy tech acts like she doesn't want to be to working. Could've saved me a couple trips if she just explained to me the situation with my medication rather than act all high and mighty and condescending. Pro tip: don't be rude when someone is just asking you a question. Or maybe don't work customer service?

Horrible service. 1.) Dropped off prescription and was told it would be ready in an hour. I came back the next day and had to wait 45 minutes while I watched them fill the prescription. 2.) Dropped off prescription and told them I would be back in an hour and needed it then. I came back the next day to pick it up only to have them tell me the prescription needed clarification from my doctor (his office's phone number is on the script). That was Friday, it's now Monday. Strike 3 came today. I was told I would get a phone call this morning regarding this issue. Well, it's no longer the morning and they didn't call. UPDATE: Went in today. The techs and pharm-ds at this pharmacy go out of their way to help with insurance issues, communicate with physicians to get clarification about a script, or to find customers a discount whenever possible. Everyone there is friendly and professional, no matter how busy they are.
