Publix Pharmacy at Hunter's Creek Promenade

I cannot say enough or praise the pharmacist and staff more. They, particularly Nicole went over and above in their concern, caring and customer service during my husband's recuperation following heart surgery. ❤️ they are wonderful, caring people and we thank them.

I have a lot to say about this pharmacy. I have started using this pharmacy for the past 2 years and each time I go to the pick up my pills, I encounter a different situation. Before using this Publix pharmacy I had been using another pharmacy and everything was straight forward and the price of the pills never changed. When I first started using Publix Pharmacy, they started charging 5 times more than the price original price I was using at the other pharmacy. I was quite annoyed from this, but I didn't make it a problem. Then one day, my pill bottle slipped from my hand. I ordered a new bottle from Publix and I had to pay 15 dollars for ordering earlier than the designated date. I had no problem with this. After that pill bottle was finished, I ordered a new one, and they started chargin

Told me after almost a week of waiting for one prescription that I should just transfer it to another pharmacy as they will not order something I “could’ve gotten much faster from Walgreens”

Corporate please take notice! I want to recommend one of your managers that just blown me away. Her name is Nikki; she is very special and I would like to nominate her for some kind of award. Yesterday, after I told her how much I wanted to get a certain item that was out of stock, she checked another Publix near where she lives, determined that they had it, picked it up when she went home and brought it into work today. I will be picking it up at 7:00 am this morning. I am speechless. Basically, she doesn't know me personally; only as a loyal customer who couldn't find what he wanted; she stepped into action and along the way winded up capturing my heart. Kudos to you Nikki & thank you for going above & beyond, exemplifying what a truly great manager you are.
