This is the worst most disrespectful pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with especially the main pharmacist named Jamie. She is horrendous, rude, goes out of her way to make your life hell. I’ve been dealing with her rudeness and unprofessionalism for years and recently moved to newnan and my doctor from Tyrone ga called in this px for me and she said she wouldn’t fill it bc it wasn’t the pharmacy I’ve been filling it at that the past few months. I said but yes I have a condo down the street and my doctor specifically called it into this pharmacy why won’t you fill it? She said she would have to verify with the doctor first to make sure he meant to send it to this pharmacy. Then after giving me the run around for 20 min of why she couldn’t or hasn’t filled it bc she needed to talk to my doctor first
The cashier Jamie was not friendly and acted as if I did something wrong. Almost charged me the wrong price when I told her to remove a code that increased my total.
Kisha/Kiera whatever her name is doesn’t know what she’s doing. She acts like the damn goodrx discount is coming out of her paycheck. Fought her hardest to not give me the discount I was clearly entitled to- until I got GOODRX on the phone and they discovered that she never even entered my member number- she just kept saying it was rejected. Didn’t even try. She did the same exact thing to my boyfriend the day prior. Once she realized she was wrong, she rudely threw my meds in the bag and said “here”. I think she was just embarrassed to be wrong in front of all those customers after the hassle she gave me instead of just doing her due diligence. I already have the flu and it’s like she did everything she can to prolong giving me my medicine. She’s lazy, untrained, rude and easily frazzled.
Especially the pharmacy! Always nice, always helpful, like stepping back in time to a place we all dream of - customer service, personal attention, let’s face it it’s the ‘little’ things in life that count so much, if only all businesses were run this well. Thanks Publix!
Terrible customer service from the pharmacist on staff. It’s a shame that some pharmacists forget that their customers are patients in need of medication. Much better experience at every other Publix pharmacy I’ve been to. Will never return here if I can help it.
