Publix Pharmacy at Homestead Shopping Plaza

They literally won't answer their phone. It isn't even allowed to ring. You hear an ad for Moderna vaccines and then it just hangs. Update: I was trying to call before 2 PM and it would hang up as I said after the Moderna ad. Now that it is past 2, it says "sorry we are closed for lunch, call back after 3". Either that hour of closure should be listed in your online hours or the shifts should be adjusted so that there is no lunch closure at all. Second Update: *One Hour Later* They STILL are not answering their phone and I waited until after 3 to call. Not 3 on the dot. I gave some time for them to get back to the counter. I will be switching pharmacies.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Mr. José at the Publix Pharmacy. He was exceptionally kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my medication. His patience and dedication truly made a difference, and I am very grateful for his outstanding customer service. Thank you, José, for your excellent support.

Absolutely the slowest pharmacy in the state of Florida! Over 3 hrs to process and fill 3 prescriptions that you have had on file for over 8 hrs. Went into the pharmacy to see they had 5 pharmacy techs behind the counter while only 2 were working and actually filing prescriptions. DO BETTER

DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY!!!! THEY ARE SLOW, RUDE, and INCOMPETENT. Plan to wait 30 mins - 2 hours for your prescription. Even if it’s already filled you’re gonna wait in the line and on them to pull it. They are PAINFULLY SLOW

Natalie the pharmacist is rude and nasty. I have been a customer there for 8 years and have never been treated so poorly as I was today. I was told my prescription will get filled when it gets filled. That was at 9:30 this morning. If you hate your job find another one. No need to take it out on your patients.
