Publix Pharmacy at Hillsboro Square

Tina is great. Extremely kind professional and helpful. The entire team at this pharmacy location should be recognized as well. Always a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars.

Went to fill my prescription and the tech would not fill my prescription because my address was in pompano my doctor office was in fort lauderdale but I work on the Boca Deerfield line I explain to him I fill it in Boca all the time no issues he told me to go there or pompano. I always shop while my prescription is being filled I will no longer be shopping at this Publix. Rude and lazy tech. Also, this is incorrect information I use to work at Publix this has never been a rule.

I have mixed feelings about this pharmacy. They had the incorrect phone number listed on my account. They never inform me of when my prescriptions are filled. And they hung up on me when I called to verify if my epi-pen prescription was filled. So that's a red flag for me. The pharmacy tech wasn't very helpful with instructions on how to use a nasal spray last time. But I'll forgive it since that would've been better handled by the pharmacist. Regardless, the attitude and assistance provided could've been better. It's nice that I can pick up my prescriptions while shopping. But that's about it.

Pharmacy did their job correctly. I went in to get some OTC pseudoephedrine (nasal decongestant) and sadly this Publix doesn’t carry the 96-ct I wanted, but at least the 48-ct was a good price.

Worst encounter with a pharmacist ever. They refuse to fill my prescription (controlled) because I’m from out of state. Makes absolutely no sense! How many millions of snow birds come down to stay that have prescriptions filled ???? Why would you refuse me and then tell me to go to another pharmacy. Your pharmacy is awful. Your people are always in a foul mood and rude.my doctor called in a prescription for me an hour prior from my arrival. This technician says that they don’t have time ti listen to the voicemail right now but they will have the medication ready by end of day. Whaaaaaat???? INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!! I feel discriminated against by Publix pharmacist. It’s not fair for them to fill others from out of town but exclude me.
