Publix Pharmacy at Highland Station

I had the most pleasant experience with Ashley today, she went above and beyond to make sure that the cost was covered for my medications! Her willingness to provide quality service and take the time to make calls was much appreciated!

This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life! It’s always really quick and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

Had a prescription for some antibiotics called in.... It was just amoxicillin and I was charged $47. Publix used to do antibiotics for $4 and I was told today that they sunsetted that program... What the hell does that mean? Do yourself a favor and have your prescriptions sent to Walmart. Publix has always been consistently higher than any other grocery store chain and the fact that their pharmacy is now gouging people on antibiotics is insane.

I was here on May 14th at 3pm. The woman working the counter (black woman with knotless braid) was very unprofessional. Not friendly or remotely helpful. Also saw me standing waiting on someone to come to the counter and decided to carry on a conversation with her colleague instead of coming to help. Would not recommend!

We have had wonderful service, since we moved all of our scripts to Publix. Everyone there has been great, and very helpful. It's very nice not to have to wait a long time for our scripts. So happy we transferred everything, to Publix at Highlands Station. Sincerely, The Bing Family
